Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Foods / FMCG / Oils


- As the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be championing recruitment strategies, streamlining processes, and fortifying our employer brand. Your role is pivotal across all our regional & global talent acquisition efforts and operational business success.

- This position can be based out of either our Mumbai or in Delhi / NCR/ Gurgaon and will wor in a hybrid work schedule.


- The position will have a high level of interaction with our global leadership Team which will involve evening virtual meetings.

Job Responsibilities :

Recruiting :

- Take charge of all global recruitment projects, staying abreast of the latest trends and strategies.

Process Optimization :

- Spearhead the implementation of best practices in recruitment processes, continuously enhancing efficiency.

Stakeholder Management :

- Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders in India and globally, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Employer Branding :

- Drive initiatives to elevate our standing as an employer of choice in India, crafting compelling content and promoting our brand.

Metrics and Reporting :

- Enhance KPIs to gauge recruitment effectiveness, delivering regular reports to aid decision-making.

- Prepare dashboard, identify gaps, data-driven insights to make recommendations for program improvements to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategy.

Candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in understanding of global business and support function profiles and recruiting strategies.

- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing decision-making.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

- Analytical acumen to derive insights and guide decision-making..
