- Work closely with the senior management team to understand the hiring requirement & sourcing the best talent for Leadership positions.
- Perform the complete recruitment cycle starting from designing the Job description till the final on boarding of the candidate.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for recruitment and presenting the weekly dashboard for the positions.
- Build pipeline of candidates for critical roles and engaging the candidates in the dialogue and updating the internal database of candidates.
- Maintain networks and relationships with external partners to keep abreast of the current industry climate and trends.
- Ensures references checks are done satisfactory for the shortlisted candidates.
Salary offered: 14-18LPA
