Manager - Global Resourcing - ITeS

Leading ITES Company invites applications from the Mumbai based candidates for the Manager – Global Resourcing position to be based out of its corporate office in Mumbai.

To be able to apply for this position, you should be a Post Graduate/ MBA in HR or related stream with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition with service oriented organizations.

You should have familiarity with preparation of Hiring strategy and Manpower Budget and you should have expertise on Hiring MIS preparation, leadership hiring and driving internal referral programs.

The position is an individual contributor role with half transactional and half strategic responsibilities and reports to the Head of the Global Resourcing.
