Manager - Global Loan Operations

Role Description :

- Role will be responsible for providing leadership to a staff of Loan Servicing team members performing a variety of functions to facilitate the processing of credit facilities and loans.

- Primary responsibilities include - supporting the team in the professional development of the loan servicing staff through effective leadership by providing coaching and feedback, meeting service levels, production workflows, and training.

- Serve as a subject matter expert.

- Resolve escalation items received from the Loan Servicing Managers, Front Office and Credit Services Centre. Client and investor relationship management.

- Able to function as a backup to the staff, requiring an understanding of the staff's responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include end-to-end loan transaction processing and servicing of existing loans including disbursement of funds and maintenance of loan for externally agented deals. Servicing of loans includes billing and collection of interest and fees set-ups, accounting for accruals and collection.
