Global Learning & Development Manager
About: The incumbent should be a full time MBA in HR from premiere institute with 8 to 12 years of experience in Learning & Development including IDP, MDP, LDP Programs in a Multinational Manufacturing Company / Multinational Consulting Company.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Leading Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives
- Designing and executing employee engagement programs
- Aligning competency mapping with career paths and creating role-specific learnings.
- Developing and implementing sales training programs
- Coordinating with management institutes to developing and implementing MDPs that focus on mid-level leadership development, team building, and management training
- Contributing to the design and delivery of programs to enhance behavioral skills of the employees.
- Building internal capability in developing enterprise content and deploying appropriate learning solutions.
- Building and maintaining a network of vendors specializing in professional learning and development
