Basic requirement :
- 6-10 years of HR work experience (preferably US HR Ops background)
- Preferably MBA grad.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good presentation and excel skills
- Hands-on experience in drafting/creating policies (must)
- Responsible in drafting and rolling out org wide HR communication
- Global exposure
- Handled HR projects
