Manager-Gherkins
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion for entire customer segment.
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective clients solutions.
- Strategically formulate an account plan to provide clients needs-based solutions, structure appropriate business mix and ensure the targeted profitability for each account within the permissible credit limit.
- Proactively build and maintain trusted client relationships through effective solutions and ensuring the delivery of high quality service.
- Revenue pipeline management through the increase of wallet share with the existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers in the defined industry segment.
- Meet product volume and profit targets.
Required Skills:- Proven experience in gherkins & brine products sales with a client base which can be immediately activated.
- Candidates must have good communication skills.
- Well-versed with export sales and customer databases.
- Must have good connections with clients and their procurement teams.
- Candidate must be willing to travel frequently for business development and client meetings.
