General Administration & Facility Management :

- Manage office facility activities, ensure documentation & filing system

- Manage insurance coverage, laptop distribution & bank accounts

- Manage fault/repair, maintenance work and office safety, security & insurance

- Ensure network/phone connectivity and liaise with service providers

- Execute office construction projects & office maintenance

- Vendor Management

- Office Maintenance

- Manage office keys opens and closes office in time & manage weekends

- Manage attendance register for all employees and contract staff

- Manage Hotel Booking/Air-Road-Train Bookings/holidays & travel etc., Logistics.

- Manage front office activities, office help drivers, maids etc.

- Ensure monthly bills payment Phone/Internet/Rent/Electricity etc.

F & B :

- Office food/water replenishment, purchasing and fulfillment

- Budgeting & Control, Manage Stock/office stationary/ petty cash /vendors and service contracts

- Manage events like Office Picnic, Birthday, Happy hours, Guests etc.

- Maintenance of office canteen and promote Canteen Hygiene

- Negotiating with external suppliers to secure the best service deals

- Duties vary with the nature of the organisation, but facilities managers generally focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.

- Allocate parking spaces and decals.

- Act as a custodian of all completed managers to ensure achieve- planning of security / housekeeping.

- Inspect structure of building and determine if repairs are needed.

- Management telecommunications, including installation of a telecommunications system.

- Supervise renovations and additions.Handover procedure of flats.client handling

- Oversee grounds keeping.

- Supervise custodial staff.

- Maintain vendor relationships.

- Ensure roofs and elevators have updated inspections.

- Taking care of facilities like Security, Housekeeping, Swimming pool, DG, Gym, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping, Petty cash, Maintenance payments, etc.

- Procurement and contract management, building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, catering and vending, health and safety, security; utilities and Communications infrastructure; space management.

- We need core technical person with in depth knowledge of Residential project. Excellent communication is must.
