Role Purpose
Global escalation contact for operational issues arising within the Prime Brokerage client base (APAC, Europe and USA). Support the GFX Prime Services business in its operational interactions with external clients and internal stakeholders. Driving forward initiatives, such as the assessment of operational efficiency and cost per trade. Implementing and improving processes to increase capacity and maximise efficiency.
Impact on the Business
- Global escalation contact for operational issues arising within the Prime Brokerage client base (APAC, Europe and USA).
- Supporting the GFX Prime Services business in its operational interactions with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the GFX Prime Services business with operational analysis (pre and post go-live) for new clients
- Driving forward and shaping key strategic initiatives including Prime Service's new market offerings,, client efficiency analysis and enhancement
- Calculate FXPB billing for global sites. Formulate invoices and reconcile funds received
- Take ownership of resolving issues /themes identified via exceptions/efficiency analysis conducted
- Drive forward the Client Service agenda, including adherence to Client Service best practice principles across the business.
- Engagement with key stake-holders and provide clarity around our infrastructure, strategy and vision
