- Build and manage networks to identify, cultivate, and solicit high-value donors.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with family foundations.
- Create activities to recruit new high-value donors.
- Generate leads from online and offline sources.
- Profile leads based on philanthropic interest, age, and giving patterns.
- Prepare and deliver creative fundraising proposals and presentations.
- Guide potential donors toward solicitation and closure.
- Serve as the primary contact for UHNI donors and family foundations.
- Maintain donor relationships through personal visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to design necessary materials.
- Organize reports, meetings, and other arrangements for high-value donors.
- Transition existing donors toward legacy giving.
- Provide weekly work plans to the line manager.
- Engage in new fundraising strategies and overall annual planning.
