Designation : Manager - Fund Raising/Treasury

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Experience 4-6 years in fund raising from banks and financial institutions for NBFC/HFC

- Having existing relationship with PSU and Private Banks

- Preparation of loan application including details related to the significant changes in the company, product profile, etc.

- Assisting in preparation and compilation of CMA data

- Regular coordination with banks for speeding up the debt raising process.

- Getting the stock audit organized and completed in a timely manner.

- Coordinating with banks for creation, modification and satisfaction of charge with MCA.

- Coordination and submission of book debt statement

- Assisting the supervisor in getting loan documentation and pre-disbursement formalities completed

- Assisting in getting credit rating done from multiple rating agencies

- Basic Knowledge of NBFC and NHB regulations

- Knowledge of NHB refinancing will be an added advantage.

- Interpersonal relationship to manage peers and influence them on decisions for aggressive growth of business.

- Working effectively with the team under stringent deadlines.

- Familiar with NBFC regulations, underwriting techniques and lending laws.

- Someone who can leverage existing and new relationship with banks and financial institutions.
