- Interact with HNI, UHNI, & Family Office with a focus on real estate focused funds (AIF)
- Prepare pitchbooks
- Market and explain briefly about the products in a clear & transparent manner
- Negotiate all the terms and conditions and ensure all compliance pertaining to investments
- Address all the queries of the investors, in a professional and prompt manner
- Follow-up until all the queries are resolved
- Periodically provide updates to investors on the investment status
- Actively engage with investors via email and face to face meetups
- Build deeper relationships with existing clients and building new relationships
- Draft meeting preparatory notes, management questionnaire, etc.
- Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI, UHNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
MBA FROM TIER 2 COLLEGE IS MANDATORY.
