Manager - Fulfillment Operations - Internet/Online

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for SQPDM - Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Morale

- Ensure team readiness for processing customer returns, B2B orders & Return to Vendor

- Coordinate with delivery hubs to avoid shrinkage during handover

- Optimize fulfillment center inventory space utilization

- Maintain inventory sanity and ensure zero shrinkage

- Process outbound load in timely manner based on the liquidation team request

- Set-up a team for processing prexo (product exchange) returns
