Fraud Strategy Manager | Unicorn Fintech | Bangalore

What You will do

- Lead development and implementation of effective Fraud detection and prevention strategies to mitigate fraud losses while ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and customer experience.

- Design and implement transaction authentication rules in close coordination with data science team.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive fraud policies, and maintain thorough & current knowledge of changes in the field of fraud prevention.

What you will need

- 3+ yr experience in fraud analytics and strategy in financial institute (credit cards) or ecommerce/logistics.

- Have the ability to analyze and solve complicated problems, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication.

- Possess strong technical skills such as sql/python

- Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
