Franchisee Development Manager

We are Hiring for Franchise Development Manager for our client who is into Men's Apparels.

Head Office Location: Hyderabad. Must travel across INDIA whenever required

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Finalize Corporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands

- New Client acquisition through Corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing clients.

- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion

- Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement

- Managing existing Franchisee stores of company , ensure primary/secondary sales are delivered as per ABP.

- Manage collection from stores as per payment terms.

- Execute marketing activities & other promotions as per company parameters.

- Travel to all existing stores on monthly basis & meet new prospects.

- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes.

- Explain business model to every potential investor, give them franchisee related Information, send them the proposals, follow-up and seek referrals for further leads.

- Support franchise in coordination with HO team in end to end setting up of the franchise.

- Ensure necessary legal formalities like agreement with the franchisee have been signed off.

- Provide support to franchises in terms of location identification, setting up infrastructure, recruiting staff, training employees, IT support, etc. in coordination with relevant departments.

Required Candidate :

- Fluent in communication & good at networking.

- Must travel across INDIA

- Experience: 10+ Years Minimum

- Male Candidates Only

- Immediate Joiners Preferred
