Achieve High-Quality Sign-Ups

- Lead Management: Aggressively pursue leads provided by the central team and identify new leads independently.

- Sales Conversion: Deliver high-quality sales pitches to convert leads into franchisees.

- Ensure Efficient Operationalization and Handover

- Timely Operationalization: Ensure franchise centers are set up and operationalized according to the company's timeline.

- Revenue Targets: Meet revenue targets related to operationalization.

- Transition Excellence: Oversee a smooth transition process, from identifying suitable properties to the final operational handover.

- Franchise Fees: Ensure timely collection of franchise fees.

- Equipment and Fit-Out: Manage the billing of necessary furniture and equipment and provide the franchise manual and essentials for fit-out readiness.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to support the new partner until inauguration.

- Welcome Kits: Facilitate the sourcing of mandated Welcome Kits for the franchisee's inauguration.

- Run Pre-Launch Marketing Initiatives

- Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategies that enhance visibility and generate inquiries.

- POP Materials: Ensure that Point of Purchase (POP) materials are prepared and aligned with pre-sign-off discussions.

- Complete Sales Administration and Compliance

- Lead Management System: Maintain and update the Lead Management System.

- Market Visits: Adhere to daily market visit norms and submit daily visit reports.

- Funnel Management: Manage sales funnels effectively.

- KYC Validation: Validate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation of prospective franchisees and ensure submission for the MOU and Agreement sign-off.

Experience and Qualifications:

Essential:

Education: Degree with 3-5 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making.

Desirable: Advanced Degree: MBA in Sales & Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in education, retail, or franchising.
