Job Description :

- Knowledge of the Aluminum Casting/Forging/ Machining manufacturing

- Good in zero based calculation of Aluminum Casting/Forging/ Machining

- Good in negotiation and part price settlement

- Experience in Shift managing & managing night shift

- Experience in indirect managing a team of min 30-100 workforce

- Experience in Frame assembly of Trucks/Buses/Tractors/Earth movers

- Knowledge in the process like Riveting, Reaming, Drilling etc.

- Able to understand Engineering drawings & interpret the data

- Achieve Production targets consistently with Quality confirmation.
