Manager for Finance MI & Analytics team is responsible for leading & managing FP&A capability.

- Key responsibility would be to ensure smooth execution of planning, budgeting & forecasting processes within stipulated SLA, budget and with a high level of quality to the respective Line of Businesses

- The role requires strong understanding of planning & budgeting process, driver based forecasting models,restatements based on business restructure, understanding business with front to back view and specialist competencies to supervise, guide and impart work-based knowledge to the team.

- The role requires incumbent to display analytical acumen, strong functional expertise to create end to end processes, actively lead performance improvement initiatives and establish strong communication with the stakeholders.

- The role also requires to work with the Head of FP&A to establish and execute the strategic plan and direction for the team.
