Key Accountabilities :

- Deliver on the FX & Derivative Sales budget and Individual budget.

- Provide overall strategic direction to internal stakeholders and ensures execution against set objectives of achieving the FX budgets

Job Duties & responsibilities :

- Drive FX and derivative product sales with the customers

- Build strong customer relationships by aligning actions to customer needs and delivering customer focused solutions.

- Identify and build business relationships / partnerships with key stakeholders

- Constantly strive to find differentiated solutions to exceed customer expectations

- Work collaboratively with others to achieve shared outcomes and contribute towards building risk awareness and control.

- Embrace the changing market environment and constantly think creatively to address current and anticipated business needs.

- Regulatory & Audit Compliance.

Education Qualification :

- Post Graduation, preferably a B. Tech/MBA or CA/ MBA. FRM/CFA will be differentiating advantage.
