Manager - Food Packaging - FMCG

- Plan, Schedule and Coordinate with Supply Chain for Production as per market demand and manning on lines in a cost effective manner.

- Apply policies and SOPs to manage, monitor, cordinate necessary inputs and coordinate with dispatch Department for timely dispatch.

- Coordinate for overall management of Jar Blow molding section to maximize through put with least cost option.

- Responsible for ensuring input packaging material and FG inventory management.

- Responsible for maintaining packaging line OEE.

- Responsible for utilizing line manpower in most effective manner with proper planning & execution.

- Responsible for controlling and minimizing packaging material loss by maintaining packaging quality of FG.

- Pro-actively looking for opportunity of process improvement and cost reduction.

- Training and nurturing team for delivering high performance in terms .

- Coordinating with Packing supervisors & Logistics for ensuring timely delivery of FG in the market.

- Control and optimize oil and packaging material losses with in specified norms.

- Ensure maintaining all necessary records and MIS as per standard norms

- Maintain Safety and Food Safety at Packaging Plant.

Education : B. Tech is must with experience in Packaging
