Manager - Fixed Income Index - Strategy & Advisory Firm

We are hiring for One of the Strategy & Advisory Firm for Fixed Income Index role.

Role : Manager.

Responsibilities :

- Index maintenance

- Fixed income domain knowledge

- Knowledge of fixed income mutual funds (or AIF, PMS, Insurance) products

- Knowledge on passive investments

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing mutual funds

- Fixed income market understanding - yield levels, key trends, market preference and market structure

- Fluency with bond and index mathematics

- Analytical inclination

- Strong oral, written and presentation skills

- Team management, supervision, and planning: Leading, guiding and grooming a team of 6 to 7 Analysts/ Senior Analysts to track and complete daily index computation, rebalancing, and criteria review related tasks

- Index maintenance - Daily index computation, rebalancing: Ensuring end to end completion of index computation related tasks
