Manager - FinTech Contract - Bank

Our client, one of the most well-known Banks in Bangalore is actively looking to hire a Manager Fintech Contract with 4-10 years of experience. This Bank is top-ranked for its work culture, ethics, and work environment.

Job Description:

- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and Execution of Contracts related to Digital Banking, Fintech Partnerships and Digital Lending.

- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and Execution of IT and SAAS contracts, MSAs , SOWs and NDAs.

- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and Execution of MoUs/LOI/Purchase Orders.

- Proactively engage in learning and knowledge sharing wrt Digital Banking, Fintech Partnership and Digital Lending,

- Proactively engage in preparation of new/revised templates for engagements with Fintech Partners, LSPs and other Technology related vendors.

- Maintaining track of pending assignments with Corporate Legal Team and presenting data, details etc. related to same to Head-Legal as and when required.

- Candidates from IT/SAAS/ Fintech sector would preferred.
