Manager - Financial Transformation/Strategy - Consulting Firm - CA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are hiring for a consulting organization based at Bangalore in Financial Transformation role.

Experience :

- CA/ MBA TIER 1 with 7-10 yrs experience in handling projects related to Financial Transformation

Role & Responsibilities :

- Have worked Finance transformation role for Global Market.

- Prepare a road map for finance transformation strategy, define and develop a finance target operating model

- The candidate should have knowledge of current trends and transformation agenda being pursued by finance organizations in the areas of Finance Operating Model, Shared Services & Finance Process Transformation, etc.

- Experience in partnering with C Suite and executives on finance and cross-functional initiatives

- Exposure to digital finance tools for Data Analytic; Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting; Performance Reporting; Shared Services enabling technologies

- Perform current state assessments, conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvements in efficiency and effectiveness

- Digital in finance including automation assessments, robotics process automation, Block chain etc.
