Senior Manager - Financial Risk Management - GARP / Actuary

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager - FRM - GARP

Qualification: CA/ Inter CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Management Institute and GARP FRM Certification.

Experience: At least 12 - 15 years of experience, also looking after Risk Management and Insurance.

Job Description:

1) Designing and implementing an overall Risk management process for the organisation which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur.

2) Performing risk assessments: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.

3) Performing risk evaluations: Evaluating the company's previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements.

4) Establishing the level of risk the company are willing to take.

5) Creating business continuity plans to limit risks.

6) Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors.
