What you will do:
- Partner the Head of Risk Management in creating and execution of the Risk policy and roadmap in different business segments.
- Fraud & Risk assessment of various business processes and create plans for mitigation.
- Create internal team process notes and company policy notes.
- Middle Management Professional capable of managing multiple Product segments and drive external partnerships and internal teams towards implementation and continuous improvements.
- Continuous evaluation of changing risk environment and update the risk policies / processes and mitigants.
- Create risk control system requirements outlining key demands including compliance/risk related controls and drive related product development.
- Implement risk controls for all NBT businesses and manage team operations for their implementation.
- Manage and ensure compliance to payment network / RBI / Bank advised FRM processes.
- Ensure right balance between supporting business and controlling fraud / other risks.
- Sponsor and drive loss recovery processes in cases of risk related losses.
- Manage transaction level risks like chargebacks / penalties and plan towards making them minimal.
- Manage and review other internal frauds and risk for example employee fraud.
- Support Legal partners in their engagement with law enforcement agencies.
- Managing grievance redressal and any other regulatory/statutory policies, implementation and updates to the same.
- Create and circulate MIS and reports to the management on periodic basis.
Qualifications:
Experience of 8 to 10 years.
MBA (preferred) & FRM / AML course completions (preferred).
Prior experience in FRM in retail / direct banking / financial services / payments business.
