Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

We are looking for "Manager - Financial Reporting"

Location - Mumbai

Experience - Min 4 years post Qualification

Qualification - CA Qualified

Industry - Ecommerce/Retail/Beauty

(NOTE - We are not preferring candidates from Banks/NBFCs/CA Firms)

Salary - Hike of 20%-30% on current CTC

Notice period - Max 60 days

Roles & Responsibility :

Monthly:

- Prepare and finalize 7 to 8 financial statements.

- Review Balance Sheet for Working Capital and asset management improvements.

- Monitor Debt covenants.

- Adjust financials for Ind AS standards.

- Document internal controls for Financial Statement Close Process (FSCP).

- Support Treasury and Tax Teams with reconciliations.

- Assist with G&A analysis.

Quarterly / Annual:

- Prepare and finalize 12 financial statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts.

- Conduct analytical review at the legal entity level.

- Collaborate with auditors for Ind AS adjustments.

- Prepare Control and Assurance Services (CAS) documentation.

- Review Balance Sheet reclassifications.

- Prepare AC Deck for Financials.

- Support ESG reporting.

- Partner with HR & Admin functions for financial analysis.

- Drive ERP and process improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with LODR, RPTs, XBRL filings, etc.

- Manage Fixed Assets.

- Standardize Chart of Accounts.

- Develop Accounting Policies and Memos.

- Support other process improvement and automation initiatives.
