Manager - Financial Reporting - BFSI

I represent a recruitment firm, IKYA Human Capital Solutions.

Ikya Human Capital Solution is the fastest growing HR solutions company in India. It provide world class HR services through its company owned offices across India to over 500 organizations, including leading MNCs and large Indian firms across industries.

Im currently working on a critical requirement for one of my reputed MNC clients in Chennai for the role of Manager - Financial Reporting.

Financial Reporting Manager

- Qualified Professional (CA, CPA, CMA) with Bachelor's degree in Commerce .

- 7-10 years of Financial Reporting experience in a complex global environment preferably Banking Industry with experience in Statutory accounts. Experience in Regulatory reporting will be an added advantage

- Proficient in IFRS and US /UK GAAP requirements with hands on experience

- Excellent analytical skills with experience in managing few of complex reporting process spanning across multiple geographies / regions

- Able to forecast the client requirements and meet their expectations by having a cordial working relationship

- Good experience in process initiatives and driving efficiencies

- Excellent team management skills with ability to handle a larger team size of 8 to 10 analysts and keeping them engaged

- Strong written and oral communications skills

- Eye for details
