Role responsibilities :

- Monthly Accounts and MIS

- Ensuring coordination within the finance team for timely & accurate submission of Monthly Financial statements under US GAAP

- Set up efficient processes and Closely Liaise with the marketing team for accurate provisioning and reporting of the Advertising & promotion expenses.

- Guide the team and ensure overall compliance of the US GAAP Financial statements to the accounting policies.

- Ensure timely and accurate compilation of the overhead expenses for monthly reporting.

- Ensure completion and hygiene of balance sheet schedules related to his Area on a monthly basis.

- Ensuring achievement of Cash Flow targets through Preparation and presentation of cash flow Analysis on a monthly basis for Management review, corrective actions and decisions.

- Manage the Banking relationships & import payables

Audit internal & Statutory :

- Plan & handle the corporate internal audit for AP&T audit to ensure a satisfactory Internal Audit rating.

- Plan & coordinate with the Marketing team, other functions and ensure readiness for the Internal Audit.

- Coordinate and work closely with the statutory Auditors to ensure satisfactory and timely sign off on the statutory accounts.

- Tracking and ensuring implementation of changes to the accounting standards in the Financial Reports.

Controls :

- Review and ensure process controls across the organization to mitigate financial risks and ensure satisfactory

- Ensure 404 compliances in time and in line with region requirements, accuracy in certification of test results.

- Set processes for compilation of MRL information needs and ensure accurate and true submissions.

Statutory Compliances(related to Financials) :

- Ensure timely execution and submissions of the Management Representation letter, 404 Tests and any other submissions as required from time to time by SEC

- Design processes to comply with FCPA norms, support Tax Laws eg. Transfer Pricing etc.

- Ensure compliances to the RBI laws, FEMA laws,TDS laws, any other financial laws in addition as per the statutory requirements.
