Job Summary:

- This role will lead the financial reporting function from their Shared Service Center in India, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.

- Ensure accuracy across balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.

- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and share insights with senior management.

Month-End Close:

- Lead and coordinate the month-end close process.

- Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and operations to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Resolve discrepancies during the close process.

Compliance & Controls:

- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.

- Support audits and develop reporting policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to support decision-making.

- Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred

- 5+ years of financial reporting experience, including 2+ in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and reporting tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
