Manager - Financial Planning & Performance Management (FPPM) (8-12 yrs)
Job Purpose/Role :
- To independently manage the FPPM team in Mumbai and ensure delivery of requisite output / analysis to stakeholders
- Provide full support to the UK Finance Managers and the Mumbai team.
- Ensure SLA measurements are appropriate and reliable; track the KPIs & SLA performance of the team regularly
- Ensure adequate cross training, process documentation and work flow management
- Manage people and their related issues like training, development and growth in the Organisation
- Be able to provide training to the team on various aspects of FPPM. E.g. Product Knowledge, Expenses etc.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the team provides accurate, qualitative and timely information to the business
- Ensure SLA measurements are reliable and ensure delivery against SLAs on a consistent basis
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Responsible for people management ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained and performance managed against agreed individual objectives
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes and regulations
- Coordinate with Financial Controls team in making and implementing a robust business continuity plan
- Understand stakeholder / business requirements and equip the team to meet the same
- To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise.
Requirements :

Education & Experience :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-12+ years of FP&A experience in team management or Graduate/Post Grad in Commerce with relevant experience
