Position: Manager - Financial planning & Costing

Responsibility :

- Preparation Annual Budget and operating plan, Monthly/ quarterly forecasting

- Performing monthly Business performance evaluation against targets/Budget along with analysis for variances and publication of KPIs

- Ensuring regular publishing of dashboard and key metrics to appraise management about performance of the Business

- Performance of Accounting Closing activities, trial review

- Formulating rolling forecasts for cash flow, profit & loss projections for review by management; undertaking risk and return analysis and sensitivity analysis for the short and long-term

- Performance of Costing of Products, stock valuation, cost analysis, stock reconciliation

- New Product evaluation and preparation of projected costing, help in cost reduction project/analysis

- Providing Business Finance Support for evaluation of customer contract, projects

- Evaluating new product development and CAPEX for decision-making, preparation of Discounted cash flow, NPV

- Review of various financial reports including AR

- Support in Financial and Internal Audit

- Working with cross functional teams to identify and analyze key levers and improvement areas relevant for respective businesses
