Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Retail/eCommerce

We are hiring Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis for our client based at Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, long-term strategic planning, forecasting, Finance business partner, Operations, etc.

- Knowledge of analyze shrink data to identify trends, root causes, and potential areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights to mitigate losses

- Ability to analyze financial data and derive actionable insights to drive business performance.

- Statistical analysis experience is preferred.

- Analysis & Insights: Analyze shrink data to identify trends, root causes, and potential areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights to mitigate losses.

- Financial Modeling: Create and maintain robust financial models to forecast shrinkage impacts and evaluate potential strategies for reduction.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, inventory management, and loss prevention) to implement shrink management initiatives and drive change.

- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of shrink reduction strategies. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to refine approaches and enhance operational efficiency.
