The Role:
FP&A Ops Manager
A Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations Manager will oversee organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions. This role ensures that financial strategies align with the company's objectives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information, understand operational needs, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee processes such as month-end and quarter-end closings.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior executives to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including evaluating potential investments and business opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of business intelligence tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software applications.
- Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified accountant - CA, ICWA
A minimum of 8 years in financial planning and analysis. Must have working exposure to onshore geographies
