Role - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manager

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - CA / MBA/ PGDM (Full Time)

Experience - Min 2 Years for CA & Min 4 Years for MBA or PGDM (Finance)

Eligibility - Currently working or have worked with NBFC or BFSI Domain.

Job Purpose

Gather, model, analyse and prepare information for company's forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Accountability

- Timely & Accurate Management Reporting of Financial Performance

- Annual Budgeting exercise completion in time

- Effective Handling of Queries in specific TATs

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare functional as well as branch level P&L of the company

- Assist in preparing and reporting Annual Budget

- Compare actual performance against the budget & for variance analysis to management

- Provide timely and accurate management financial reporting

- Enables effective understanding and reporting of key business drivers such as yield, cost, - product mix, etc. and coordinate related activities

- Provide all aspects of financial support for the planning process

- Drives process improvements and projects as identified

- Collecting information and evidence for decision making of management

- Periodic management reporting, updating reporting decks & management reviews as required
