Manager-Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is based in the Hyderabad Office and reports directly to AVP FP&A - India.

- This position is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of all financial results and forecasts, completion and analysis of the annual operating Budget. Additional responsibilities include assisting with annual audit activities, tax compliance and hedging activities, and all dashboard and Company metrics/KPI's. The Manager-FP&A liaises with all levels of management and personnel within the organization, both shore-side and shipboard.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Preparation of budgets /Operating plans for India.

- Budgeting at functional level to enhance transparency.

- Work with the Senior FP&A Manager/AVP to manage a rolling monthly forecast model and provide timely insights into performance against budget/forecast. - Allocation of Overheads and other costs using the reasonable basis to all functions to arrive effective cost per FTE/Unit on periodical basis.

- Real time tracking of actual expenses in detail versus Budgeted amounts and sharing of insights on the same.

- Cost Center management to support HC reporting and Expense reporting. - Review of various expenses and analysis of business performance versus Plan and forecast to drive cost efficiency/Productivity.

- Performing month/Quarter end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions including expenses accruals.

- Work closely with controllership team to ensure proper accounting of revenue and expenses to appropriate cost centers and work with tax team on Net Income workings.

- Support Billing process to support US hedging requirements.

- Identify areas for process/report standardization across different functions/Business Units and manager appropriate SOP'S as applicable.

- Working with the all functions professionals across the Company and enhance the understanding and critical levers of the business.

- Performing cost / benefit analysis and Preparation of ad-hoc reports as per business / function's request.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Qualified CA or ICWA or ACCA with relevant work experience

- Minimum 3 - 6 Years' Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A).

- Good communication skills and Fluent in English.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries.

- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality.

- Hands on experience in using automation tools like BI, RPA and others Desired Characteristics:

- Knowledge of working on ERP tools like Oracle ,SAP and others.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent organizational and follow up skills

- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Excellent communication skills - both oral & written
