Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

- Analyze financial and operational results to better understand the company's overall financial health

- Evaluate previous budgets and support FP&A lead to collaborate with business unit leaders to build their annual budgets and forecasts

- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on practice and industry vertical performance.

- Produce and monitor client and project profitability

- Analyze and optimize contractor margins

- Sequential revenue forecasting

- Create and monitor department performance vs budget and forecast including Sales Marketing and HR

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiencies

- Track sales commissions

- KPI analysis

- Financial modeling

Minimum Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance

- 5 years business experience with pe firm portfolio company (basically experience in dealing with PE folks); technology experience a plus

- Solid experience with US GAAP

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in spreadsheet creation; ability to aggregate and manipulate raw data to produce key reports.

- Experience with ERP systems; including Oracle Net Suite

- Solid people skills and strong communications and collaborative skills
