Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use data and make recommendations to influence strategic decision-making and planning.
- Independently align financial and operational analyses with your business partners, challenging business partner assumptions when necessary
- Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., financial and tax-related regulations), including monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods
- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and may have global impact
- Keep high bar on controllership by identifying and solving complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution
- Manage monthly and quarterly forecast for both OPEX and headcount
- Partner and influence the stakeholders on the definition of strategic management of HC
- Challenge business partner plans and assumptions when needed. Navigate across organizations and identify the right teams to participate in discussions. Establish relationships with business partners and proactively address issues
- Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modelling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives
- Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
- Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations

Basic qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce or Retail industry
- Advance in English, fully fluent communication and exceptional business writing with proven experience managing executive level communications
- Superior financial analysis and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL, VBA, Microsoft Access, Oracle Financials, Cognos
- Ability to work independently, readily adapt to and lead through changing environment
- Proven expertise managing, evaluating, analyzing data quickly and creating meaningful business reporting
