Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance

We have an urgent requirement for Manager FP&A for a MNC Insurance Broker in Mumbai. Role details are given below:

Role and responsibilities:

1. Preparation of business MIS with actuals, forecast, and budget at YTD and full year level for each LOB showing new, renewal, and rollover revenue, top clients, quarterly SPTI numbers

2. Prepare Internal MIS report on the revenue cost, SGA cost

3. Board MIS linking of P&L, revenue

4. Performing ad-hoc analysis on key financial and operational business parameters and reporting to senior management

5. Need to work on cash flow data forecast

6. Preparing report on top client of all the LOB's

7. Preparation of quarterly revenue forecast. Take inputs from business heads

8. Develop and improvise the internal review and control process

9. Preparation the ad hoc MIS

Requirements :

- CA / MBA / CA (inter) with 3 - 6 years of experience in FP&A role
