Emprise HR Solutions is a Leading Executive Search Firm catering to various sectors.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for one of our esteemed clients, which is a leading MNC into Health and Wellness centres.

Position : Manager - FP & A (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

1. Work as 2nd in command to the Financial Controller of the organization and handle all such responsibilities

2. New Site Approvals

a. Work on new Site Approvals with Financial Controller and Managing Director with accuracy & timeliness

b. Ensure commensurate knowledge is gained on Reporting templates & keep himself upto date with the changes.

c. Analyse and draft suitable commentaries to support business strategy

3. Planning and Budgeting

a. Drive the business planning and budgeting process by developing and employing a framework for plans and budgets, providing assumptions and guidelines for budget preparation.

b. Oversee the budgeting process for the business to ensure that the budgeting process is robust and helps coordinate and control the operations across functions and locations.

c. Ensure finalization of Annual budgets within the prescribed timeframes.

4. Business Performance Review and Control

a. Analyze and report on financial and operating performance regularly and suggest course corrections where necessary.

b. Identify performance improvement opportunities including cost reduction etc. and oversee implementation.

c. Initiate and implement system related controls.

d. Assist in laying down policies/guidelines across functions and monitor adherence to finance and business control policies.

e. Track business performance vis-a-vis competition.

f. Liaise with the Group teams to ensure timely reporting on India business is delivered.

5. MIS preparation and Analysis

a. Prepare monthly MIS reports and analyse the same vs budget

b. Develop cost/expense reports for the consumption by HOD's.

c. Assist the Finance Controller in preparation of Budget reports

Any other duties as may be assigned by FC.
