FP&A Manager - UK MNC - Bangalore ( US shifts - WFH )

- The FP&A Manager will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis of the organization.

- This role will perform a variety of tasks including modeling business activities that offer key insights into our business performance to goal as well as potential risks and opportunities.

- Work independently to develop, maintain, and distribute key operational reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) using a variety of systems and applications to track sales performance, profitability, and cash management compared to forecast, budget, and prior years

- Create flexible, easy to update and easy to read financial plans and models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Develop and maintain complex model to forecast cashflow with key drivers of customer deposits, prepayments, accruals, and vendor payments

- Assist with preparation of strategic plans, annual budget, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.

- CA/MBA with 5-8 years in FP&A

- Open to work overlapping US shifts ending at 12AM IST. Will have to work with US team between 8PM and 12AM IST - Can have an option to WFH
