The main responsibilities critical to this role:

- Leading the FP&A function for Bimbo India Transformation Office to provide clear visibility to operational performance and planning.

- Aligning as a Strategic Business Partner with Bimbo India's Transformation Lead

- Driving improvements in IT systems for data collection & consistently reflecting performance in financial reporting across projects & initiatives

- Developing winning product and customer strategies through effective expansion projects & business cases

Key Job Responsibilities:

- A key member of the Bimbo India Transformation team, providing support to Transformation Leadership & ensuring resource allocations are optimized.

- Co-ordinate the annual budget preparation with input from stakeholders; ensure input has been documented and properly included.

- Ensures all budgeted expenses are adequately documented and supported, properly calendarized and in line with the company's overall strategic plans.

- Works with leaders to ensure budgeted goals are met throughout the year; management of budget restatements and ensures appropriate communication with functional leads.

- Oversees updates to the financial forecasts in an accurate and timely manner, work with Bimbo India Transformation Office on updates of quarterly forecasts and prepares leadership for reviews.

- Identifies ERP best practices for product costing, capturing operational variances, pricing & margin analysis.

- Prepares monthly internal financial reporting with variance explanations against budget and latest forecast.

- Driving alignment in financial operational variance reporting to consistently capture performance supported by operational metrics.

- Drives continuous improvement in financial operations through process changes and implementation of new technology & automation (ex. automated Sales reporting).

- Assists Leadership with special projects to support strategic decision-making (e.g., what if" strategic analysis, extended business forecasting)

- Prepares business cases with Bimbo India management & reviews with leadership.

- Develops decision support financial modelling and ad hoc financial analysis for relevant issues impacting the business.

- Develops pricing analysis and proposal on new products and customers' annual pricing review.

- Leads Controllers to provide operational analysis and communicate with plant managers to drive operational efficiencies.

- Coaches and develops regional controllers to a "Mastery" level of proficiency in FP&A

Financial Planning, Reporting & Analytics :

Responsible for ensuring visibility to the business:

- Provide timely and accurate reporting on business performance, including financial/P&L and KPIs/metrics that are aligned with the objectives of the Transformation Program

- Prepare/present in-depth periodic operating results with an analysis of earnings.

-Ensure action plans align with financial commitments.

- Develop key activity measurement tools for periodic analysis and reporting.

- Produce weekly and monthly reports on volume, costs, sales, project tracking and other key activities essential to promoting greater visibility to the business teams.

- Provide customer, trade, product and related program investment analytics.

- Manage the capital expenditure and lease authorization process including ROI and fit with strategic objectives.

- Maintain the control environment and ensure we are conducting our business in a manner consistent with our principles, corporate values and expected conduct.

- Leads the team that provides insightful analytical analyses in support of business results.

- Leads the development of presentations and business review materials that highlight performance, bring clarity to key issues, and support recommendations.

S/he will need to use collaboration and influencing skills as a foundation for driving change in the organization.
