Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, for an FMCG, based in Mumbai.

- CA/MBA in Fin with 2-4 years of exp in the same space from an FMCG, Telecom, ecommerce, Manufacturing etc. is mandatory.

- The FP&A Manager will be responsible for end to end budget and Forecasting to facilitate decision making and support future business strategies.

The Role :

- Monthly P&L closing in line with Forecasting

- Lead, Control and Monitor Key cost buckets like Trade Spends & Brand spends.

- Provide detailed commentary of Key Business results on a Monthly basis and perform root cause analysis for key movements.

- Develop reporting Dashboard for Sr. Stakeholders

- Finance Business Partner for new customer acquisition and profitability analysis.

- Budget uploads and ensuring reporting system.
