Job Summary: Act as the primary FP&A contact responsible for the relevant Finance business area within a market through leading the team to deliver services around performance reporting business insights planning budgeting and forecasting.


In this job I am accountable for:

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities.

- Prepare review and be accountable for the management reporting packs with risk and opportunities for respective divisional FD area lead performance reviews with business management teams and be accountable for next steps coming from management performance review meetings

- Provide Analytics and Insight to the markets to enable them to understand the dynamics of how business is performing and what could happen in future

- Own top-down budget process liaising with Central Business planning BP Operations teams for the relevant sub business area

- Responsible for the operational deliveries of the team such as standard reports ad-hoc data & query requests and other transactional support on budgeting & forecasting activities

- Coaches team members to exceed in their overall performance. Recognizes performance trends of teams and enable learning journey for them

- Support the Head of Finance FP&A in planning exercises (Strategy plans as well as yearly budgets) to agree rule & principles for the relevant business area (or sub area)

- Understand the gap (if any) between top-down Vs bottom numbers and prepare operational directors packs / central packs to explain the budget movements

- Work with BP and operations team to prepare long term business growth plans for their relevant business area

- Developing and leading a high performing team creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day.

- Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams

- Accountable for achieving teams' objectives stakeholder management and escalation management.

- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.

- Candidates having experience in product- based companies will be preferred.
