Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities Management reporting :
- Prepare reporting packs
- Prepare key metrics for cost line reports
- Prepare & publish reconciliation of onshore & Company books
- Prepare monthly estimates for stakeholders
- Prepare annual plan and forecast for respective BU's & cost lines
- Support Ad-hoc requests
- Ensure Quality of delivery and TAT
- Project support
- Provide inputs for Advance tax working
- Stakeholder Management Conduct periodic calls and meetings with BU COO's/Ops team, functions spocs & KI-Finance
- Technical / Process Skills Ensure accuracy of reports being published
- Analyse the results / variances
- Interpret the findings and convey appropriate messages
- Attention to detail
- Excel skill Advanced level
- Design reporting models with appropriate links
- Prepare charts / graphs
- Work with large data sets
MS-Word & Powerpoint Intermediate
ERP/Reporting tools (eg. Oracle/Hyperion) Advanced including:
- Extraction of data / reports
- Upload data for Plan / Forecast
- Design operational reports
- Oracle Working knowledge
- Enabling skills Collaboration
- Issue resolution
- High responsiveness
- Adaptability
- Good communication
