Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - Space Solutions

We are looking for Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis with one of leading company in Space Solutions in Delhi

This role will be leading the FP&A Department and will be spear-heading the Company's annual budgeting process, Actual vs Budget variance analysis and special projects. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support - optimal- business decision making. The role is initially an individual contributory role and reports to the Financial Controller.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools

Independently managing and assisting on the Due Diligence process as and when required, reporting to the FC for the same and help clearing any bottlenecks with Accounts Manager

Collating and preparing the required information for DD as per the requirements

Preparing rolling weekly cash forecasts on a timely basis & liaise with stakeholders

Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, ensuring timely publishing of monthly MIS.

Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Assist in the ERP implementation process for smooth transition from existing software

Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-unit retail/centre concepts preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

Qualifications:

CA with 5 years of experience as Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis)
