Candidate profile : Looking post CA 5+ years exp in FP&A in manufacturing industry.

We are seeking to identify FP&A Manager for US MNC company.

Role :

- Leading the FP&A team in India which is an extension of the global finance teams supporting India Region Business & Commercial finance.

- Partnering with the finance leadership based in India and Regional leadership for Emerging Markets to jointly provide FP&A support to the India business leadership and SBU leaders. Opportunity to drive innovative, disruptive changes in the way FP&A is done by being empowered to drive standardization, scale and depth in providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on financial data to influence and impact business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include :

- Provides leadership and stewardship to the team of finance analysts for various key weekly, monthly & quarterly business metrics and deliverables including sales analysis, Pricing & Discounts management, Standard Margin, Gross Margin & Profitability reporting, SG&A spend & HC management with complete analysis and insights

- Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting & submissions

- Drive standardized as well as custom reporting, analysis and business insights for various SBUs

- Leverage the best analytical practices the other teams within global CoE to benefit of the business

- Facilitate preparation annual budgets periodic forecasts coordinating with the larger business teams and ensure timely & accurate uploads into the global HFM;

- Lead periodic business reviews (weekly, monthly & quarterly) with various business teams through analysis and insights;

- Analyze the various supported businesses and draw conclusions, business commentary and insights that would be shared with the corresponding finance leadership

- Own & support the execution of global financial processes like B&AR etc.

- Set the foundation for scalable Sales analytics, Customer profitability, SKU level sales & margin analytics, ASP analysis to get indepth business analysis on business drivers of volume and prices.

- Preparation of the WD+2 business financial reviews, Indepth explanation of GM walk and the business drivers behind the financial results

- Understand company's general business strategy and how it impacts the decisions in the immediate business areas supported

- Assisting in providing value-added management decision support, driving key business goals, identify major trends and corresponding business issues

- Works across a varied set of internal and external partners, including non-finance functions, while understanding & leveraging capabilities of current systems and processes

- Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect the operational efficiency & effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, financial policies and ethics

- Jointly work with the broader FP&A team spread around the world to raise the collective impact and influence of the finance team in driving the business.
