Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA/CFA - BFS

JOB TITLE : FM FP&A Manager

JOB PURPOSE :

The role is based in Bangalore and reports to VP of Financial Market FP&A. The FM FP&A team supports the CFO functions providing financial insights, assessing regulatory impacts on performance and tracking progress of strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The individual will be responsible for :

1. Client Analytics - Understanding Client performance, relationship and resource consumption

2. Account planning process by clients and tracking progress against plan

3. Submission of P&L Predict and forecast liaising with wider finance team and business COOs.

4. Production of FM scorecards for measuring business performance

5. Production of monthly packs and assist in implementation of sound controls and consistent processes around Monthly packs

6. Driving Cross Sell analysis and tracking key clients performance

7. Should be able to develop and build dashboards for client analytics

Qualification & Experience :

- CA/CFA with 5 - 7 years of work Experience

- Post Graduate (MBA Finance) with 3 - 6 years of work exp

KEY MEASURABLES :

1. Ability to analyze key performance metrics of Key Accounts leading to improved client performance.

2. A strong internal control environment, which will ensure the business, continues to grow in a stable and well-controlled manner.

3. Ability to liaise and work with Sales Heads/ Business managers so as to deliver projects seamlessly.

4. Optimal systems configuration and process improvements, leading to cost efficiencies.

5. Ability to leverage readily available tools/ systems to bring in process efficiencies.
