Responsibilites

The Candidate will be responsible to manage FP&A activities on a day to day basis. The position will be responsible for managing the Planning & Forecasting exercise, generating Monthly MIS and adhoc analysis. This position will also play a key role in conducting monthly functional reviews and monthly closing and forecating.

Month end financial close basis US GAAP

Monthly financial review pack and trend/variance analysis

Interfacing with US finance teams to ensure timely monthly reporting of expenses, variance reporting and analysis

Monthly Dashboards by Department and liasion with functional owners on financial performance

Annual Budget/Forecast Finalization

Ad-hoc FP&A requirement

Required Skills:

CA

6 years of post qualification experience

Prior experience in FP&A profile is a significant requirement

Proficiency with MS Office. Exposure to any ERP package will be preferable

Preferred Skills:

Skilled in use of spreadsheets, oracle

Good numerical understanding and analytical abilities.

Persuasive and articulate, able to influence and negotiate with key relationships
