About our Client: Our client is a leading MNC bank having a huge market capitalization. Their captive unit in India is now supporting their global operations. Being regarded as one of the most sustainable banks in the APAC region, they are now seeking a Manager-FP&A to be based out of Bangalore.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head of FPS, your key responsibilities will be:

- Ensuring quality business partnering along with performance analysis

- Coordination and delivery of forecast, plan & budget cycles

- Support re-organizations, track budget vs actual spend, facilitate budget transfers as required during the year

- Ensuring efficient, timely & accurate analysis and reporting of performance, and comprehensive analysis of trends

- Focus on delivery efficiency emerging out of a robust operating model

- Building effective working and business partnering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of planning processes, techniques and intentions

- Ensuring effective understanding, analysis and reporting of key metrics

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Qualified CA with 11-14 years of experience with exposure to setting up offshore FP&A activities in a CoE environment, mainly from financial services. Other accounting qualifications such as CIMA, CPA will be a heavy value-add.

- The ideal candidate will bring with him prior supervising experience, strong stakeholder-engagement skills and functional expertise in management reporting, planning & forecasting.
