Job Description:

- Preparing Monthly MIS and presentations to be made to site heads, MD and to Group Management

- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process

- Teaming up with the executive team to develop the company's medium to the long-term financial and strategic plan.

- Closely working with Site finance team, Costing team and Site leadership for analysis of monthly performance

- Evaluating and recommending modifications to projections / forecasts and budgets

- Modelling long-term growth and determining the business elements that influence it.

- Provide comprehensive review and commentary on business performance.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- CA

- 7+ years of work experience in FP&A

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices

- Computer literacy skills, especially with MS Excel and basic data entry and computation

- Analytical skills with a keen sense of organization and detail

- Proven time management skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
